HYBRID SYSTEM

3D Hybrid is a module that makes it possible, using additive technology, to grind implant channel and screw seat connections in milling while maintaining the same precision as normal machining from solid. Combining these 2 factors, additive + subtractive, applicable on both Cr.Co and titanium, as well as saving tool wear especially on Cr.Co, significantly reduces machine time. Additive (laser melting) allows us to design the part to our liking without the conventional machining constraints such as retention, holes, etc.
Applicable on any machine tool, either dry (only for Cr.Co) or wet, the system will be installed and tested by highly qualified personnel, at the same time as the course for its correct use.
