MICROIMP Implant Connection Solutions

Innovative solutions for the construction of implant-supported and/or implant-retained prostheses.

Microimp was founded in the autumn of 2009 from an idea of a team of dental technicians and CAD-CAM operators. It is an ambitious project, oriented towards simplifying the design of implant-supported and implant-retained prostheses.

The product catalogue has more than 3500 articles and is continuously being implemented. The company is constantly analysing, designing and implementing new implant connections in order to expand its product range as much as possible.

In 2012, after strict controls, it obtained the CE Class IIB Certificate as "Medical Devices" according to CEE 93/42 regulations and in 2015 it obtained ISO 9001 and UNI CEI EN ISO 13845 certification.

Microimp is able to answer any questions concerning the products offered and is available to offer support in solving all problems related to the systems.

Microimp, in addition to medical devices, has implemented its offer with new materials, such as Micropeek both natural and ceramic-reinforced; the material complies with all current regulations on both biocompatibility (ISO 10993) and CE marking for Class IIA materials.

OUR STRENGTH

Microimp welcomes, analyses and takes into consideration all the proposals and ideas that dentists and dental technicians put forward to us in order to optimise and improve the items we produce. Microimp is also able to cater for customers with dental machine tools to equip them and train them in specific CAD CAM machining (e.g. premilled).

Microimp devotes much of its time to research and development of new technologies in the field of both static (laboratory) and intraoral (study) scanners in order to satisfy its customers in the use of this equipment.

EQUIPMENT

Microimp products are manufactured with modern, technologically advanced machine tools such as sliding headstock lathes and 5-axis continuous milling machines where CNC programmes are realised through specific CAM for dental processing.

Dimensional checks take place both during production and before packaging using specific machinery and equipment in order to highlight and identify any manufacturing imperfections.

The product catalogue has more than 3500 items and is continuously being implemented.
